Mudrenicagi Estate 1st time harvesting honey in their new Honey Processing Facility.
Stay tuned on their Facebook Page for their official opening but here’s a sneak peek at today’s harvest in the new building.
They harvested 40 frames and got about 86kg of honey.
Its not at all like their usual dark amber honey. It’s incredibly light coloured with a hint of raspberry flavour.
They are not sure of the nectar source but they’re sure it’s not raspberries here in Fiji.
